One of the areas of work that the Board committed to this year was to update, revise and make new policies where warranted. Policies guide and clarify the work being done throughout our Church. Policies set parameters so that all know what to expect and the procedures are in place for things to be done. This effectively eliminates the need to micro manage or to spend a lot of time re-inventing the wheel so to speak by constantly trying to figure something out.
This will be ongoing however to date we have completed revisions for two policies:
