​Each year we invite our membership to participate in the Meal Appeal program.  Meal Appeal invites persons to contribute 25 cents each time they have a meal towards outreach ministries. Meal Appeal tins are distributed during Lent and received on Thanksgiving Sunday.  Through the Meal Appeal we have been able to support the following activities in the past:

• Fort Saskatchewan Poverty Alleviation Fund.
• Fort Saskatchewan Food Bank
• Providing breakfast or lunch to schools in Fort Saskatchewan.
• The Healing Fund of The United Church of Canada (which seeks to provide assistance to the survivors of Indian Residential Schools)
• United Church Chaplaincy at the University of Alberta and Grant McEwan University
